• Subito Flames are very intentionally designed to dissolve under your tongue within seconds. This maximizes the amount of medication delivered directly to your bloodstream for a faster effect.

• Place one under your tongue and let it dissolve completely. This takes 10 to 15 seconds and your body will absorb the medication as it dissolves.

• Avoid having other food or liquid in your mouth when the sublingual tablet is dissolving.

• ED treatment only gives you an erection when you’re aroused. So get some foreplay in and watch the Flames fly!

• Pro tip: To get familiar with how your body responds, test out your treatment alone first.

• The most common side effects of the active ingredients (sildenafil and tadalafil) in Subito Flames are: headaches, nasal stuffiness, flushing, dizziness, and upset stomach.

• Most side effects are mild if they occur, but PDE-5 inhibitors like sildenafil and tadalafil have the potential for more serious side effects, in rare cases. These serious side effects can include low blood pressure and priapism, a prolonged erection lasting four hours or more. While rare, an erection that lasts more than 4 hours is a medical emergency. Never take more than the amount prescribed to you by your provider. If you have any severe side effects seek emergency medical attention immediately.

• Do not take Subito Flames more than once in any 24-hour period or within 24 hours of taking any other ED medications or PDE-5 inhibitors, such as tadalafil or sildenafil.

Because this product is taken under the tongue, rather than being swallowed, a meal won’t affect how quickly it works. Traditional sildenafil and tadalafil pills, which are swallowed, have been shown to work more slowly if they’re taken with a big meal. However, we don’t recommend eating or drinking anything while this product is under your tongue.

Because this product is dissolved under the tongue, in seconds, there is no aftertaste. 

Moderate drinking while taking Subito Flames, which contains sildenafil and tadalafil is unlikely to cause any serious side effects. As long as your alcohol use is not excessive (and have cleared it with your healthcare provider), it is likely safe for you to have a glass or two of wine. However, excessive alcohol consumption can lead to harmful interactions, because both sildenafil and tadalafil, as well as alcohol, can widen blood vessels, which can lead to lightheadedness and dizziness. Also, keep in mind that alcohol can sometimes make it more difficult for you to get an erection.

No, this product contains the maximum daily dose of tadalafil for the treatment of ED, so it is not recommended to take more than one in a 24-hour period.

We recommend putting all the pieces under your tongue and allowing it to dissolve as usual. Breakage in and of itself should not impact the effectiveness of the product.

If you swallow Subito Flames, the medication will be absorbed in your gut like traditional ED medications. However, this means that you won’t feel the full effects of the active ingredients until 30-60 minutes after swallowing it. That is why we recommend you use the Subito Flames as directed, and let it dissolve fully under the tongue. If you accidentally swallow Subito Flames, it is not recommended that you take another one under the tongue for another 24 hours. We recommend that you wait the 30-60 minutes for it to go into effect. You should only ever take 1 Subito Flame in a 24 hour period.

It is not recommended that you use Subito Flames at the same time as daily tadalafil/Cialis. However, if you are using either sildenafil or tadalafil on an as-needed basis, you can absolutely also use this product - just not on the same day. We just recommend not using this product within 24 hours of other ED treatments.
